What You Will Do:

•    Manage financials for multiple properties
•    Entry of key financial transactions
•    Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
•    Process invoices for payment timely and accurately
•    Assist with annual 1099 process
•    Assist with annual and quarterly tax preparation
•    Calculation and analysis of investor distributions
•    Assist with investor reports, projections and industry trends
•    Assist with special projects and other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

•    Minimum of 1 years in public accounting role OR
•    Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting role, preferably in real estate
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
•    Accounting software experience – Quickbooks
•    Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
