What You Will Do:

• Service our book of business as needed; someone needs to nurture our accounts, and you’ll be one of our go-to Account Managers
  
• Thrive as one of the main points of contact for carriers, clients, and underwriters. This role is very outward-facing, so you’ll be on the forefront of most issues.
  
•  Document and set follow-ups as you process renewals, applications, proposals, binders, change requests, etc.
  

What You Have Done:

• Gained a deep knowledge of the property and casualty insurance business.
  
• Worked with agency management systems including AMS 360 and Applied/EPIC
  
• We’d love it if you have a college degree…but no matter your story, if you’re an insurance guru, we want to meet you.
  

Who You Are:

• You prioritize personal integrity over everything.
  
• You’re absolutely meticulous. You have a deep passion for structure, schedules, and following up because you know that’s how things actually get done.
  
• Planning, prioritizing, and foresight is your life blood. You have a knack for stopping problems before they’ve even hit the horizon. 
  
• You have a stronger work ethic than most people you know.
  
• You have a proven track record of meeting deadlines under minimal supervision.
  
• You set personal and professional goals.
