What You Will Do:

Develop relationships with land owners by making cold calls, prospecting, and setting up meetings

Manage the entire sales cycle of a land transaction, from initial introduction through rezoning (if necessary) through closing of the site

Earn a real estate license for necessary territories

Attend weekly meetings aimed at improving yourself and your trade

Take site photos

Facilitate site tours

Study various markets 

Put together legal documents and contracts

 

What You Have Done:

  • Gained at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Demonstrated that you are a team player, taking on responsibilities and going beyond expectations of what is required in your job.
  • Earned a proven track record of excellence under minimal supervision.
